Concrete workers - Rindal, Norway

About the Role

We are currently looking for our client from Trondheim, 5 experienced Concrete Workers to join an active construction project in Rindal 1.30 h from Trondheim, Norway building a dam.

We are looking for candidates with solid concrete construction experience who can work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Concrete casting and pouring
• Formwork installation and dismantling
• Reinforcement work (rebar installation)
• Surface finishing and concrete treatment
• Reading and following technical drawings
• Working according to project specifications and quality requirements
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Following Norwegian HMS regulations and site procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in concrete work
• Experience with formwork, reinforcement, and concrete casting
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Conversational English required
• EU/EEA citizenship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong focus on quality, productivity, and safety

Documentation Requirements

Candidates who have previously worked in Norway may be asked to provide references from recent employers.

Candidates without Norwegian experience should be able to document their professional experience through employment records, references, vocational education, trade certificates, or other relevant documentation.

• Norwegian employment contract through a registered staffing company
• Salary: 301 NOK per hour
